Monochrome Autumn Look

Yesterday we had our very first photo shoot, and I have to admit – at first, it felt a bit awkward. People were looking at us as if we were filming a movie (which, in a way, we were 😄). But after just a few minutes, everything became so much more relaxed. Once the laughter and good energy started, we completely forgot about our surroundings and enjoyed every single shot.

For this occasion, I chose neutral tones – very much in the spirit of autumn. The day was pleasant, so I decided to wear sneakers and create a balance between comfort and style. I paired them with high-waisted, cropped trousers – the kind every business woman should have in her wardrobe. This pair from Zara was a real catch: they visually elongate the figure and can be styled in countless ways.

To add a touch of sophistication, I draped a beige cashmere sweater over my shoulders – such a small detail, yet it makes a huge difference. Indeed, even the smallest change in how you wear something can completely transform the look. For cooler days, you can easily layer a trench or a classic coat in camel, beige, or cream over this outfit. I avoided black and bold colors because they could disturb the harmony of neutral tones that create that calm, sophisticated impression.

I finished the look with a small tweed crossbody bag – the perfect material for fall. And, of course, I never go anywhere without my favorite jewelry and watch – that’s my personal signature and it always adds character to every outfit. If you like this style, and you have a closet full of clothes yet often feel like you have “nothing to wear” – I’ve prepared a free guide to help you build your capsule wardrobe.
